Sandror Technologies provides software development services including but not limited to:

• Backend development and architecture consulting
• Mobile application development (iOS, Android)
• API integrations and webhook systems
• Database optimization and scaling
• Technical consulting and audits

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are defined in the project proposal and invoice. We accept payments in USD, CAD, and INR. All prices are subject to change without notice for new projects.

4. Delivery Timeline

Delivery timelines are specified in the project proposal. Delays may occur due to client feedback cycles, scope changes, or technical complexities. We commit to transparent communication throughout the project.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment and project completion, the client owns all rights to the delivered code and assets. Sandror Technologies retains the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

6. Limitation of Liability

Sandror Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
